Seven Falls Golf Course opened in 2008. The course was designed by Arnold Palmer.
Seven Falls, North Carolina's only golf and river club, is a master planned community on more than 1,400 acres just 20 minutes from Asheville in the mountains of Western North Carolina. The community is home to an Arnold Palmer Championship Course.
Seven Falls also featurse a river club and outfitter, a walkable village center and 900 homes. A master planned trail system will connect a series of private parks in the community, passing Seven Fall's 23 waterfalls, following the French Broad River, and offering 60-mile views from the ridgeline.
Seven Falls offer a full complement of resort-style amenities in a private residential setting, other planned amenities include stocked lakes, a tennis facility, wellness complex, and family activities center.
